Never ever again. Called in an order today for lunch (3hot dog) @11:30. It took over an hour. I called they said it was on the way. I called back a hour and a half later to cancel they told me someone would call me back. When I finally received the call they said they left it at the front desk. But the delivery driver didn't call the number they ask for at the beginning of every order. So now I have cold food with no time to eat it and no refund or discount. I was a constant customer and tipper. No more for me.. and the interior of the actual business could use a good cleaning. I'm shocked the

Worst experience ever! My omelette had no cheese on it when I asked for extra. I called them and told them I was bringing it back in. Rather then cooking me a fresh one they decided to just throw cold cheese slices on top of my now cold omelette. I will never step foot in this place again!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Since the new owners have taken over the quality has gone down n this will be the last I'll ever order from here first off I ordered 2 sec took 45 mins to go around the corner mind u this is the first meal I've been hungry for in 4 days with an intestinal issue now I get the food an incorrect order but mistakes happen I understand it then I call and give the same order again but now it's been 2hrs 30 mins for 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches to go .4 miles n then I call multiple times and the guy says I'll just throw it all away. Keep ur money guy

Taste / Service / Price.
The food is pretty good, nothing too special, but I like it. I've come several times and they've always been very polite. They try to work fast and accurate, but I could tell on my last visit they were bumping into each other, which was funny. Amazed about my last total, less than 10$ for omelet w/homefries, toast, 16oz coffee, and a muffing. I asked the cashier if she wasn't making a mistake but she replied "It's what the register tells me, and I can't argue with it." When I'm in Kingston and want some breakfast, I always think about home plate deli first. LOL.

$8.75 lunch “special” to almost $13 because I wanted pickles, peppers and CHEESE on my SUB? Not only do they charge extra for cheese, they only give you one slice on each half of the sub. The pasta salad filled with “vegetables” is 90% celery and literally a palmful of noodles. I’m surprised I wasn’t charged for the napkins too! Never coming back.
