What a great Company! They've been delivering for us for years and always do a great job! They are on time and dedicated! They come through for us when we need them to make an extra delivery for special events and just for our week to week needs. Their driver Jon is just wonderful as well! Also greets us all. I own a wedding venue and been renting linens with this company many times I would get holes in linen from cigarettes or stained. I ordered this past weekend for a wedding 30 ivory table linens and I call the week of to confirm. They come out to my venue on Friday and tell me they only have 18. I said I ordered 30 and wedding is tomorrow. They said we’re out of linen and to double different size linen so it works for the wedding. I called there to customer service and she was as rude as can be telling me there is no more linen available. I said so a day before a wedding they decide to pull

I have worked with Maurer’s for a long time now and they do terrific work! Anytime I am in a pinch they come through for me. Jeremy and John are who so typically work with and they are booth class acts and know what they are doing! If you are ever looking for a place to do business with in this capacity, I would highly recommend Maurer’s!

I needed to rent linen napkins and a few linen tablecloths for a wedding - the prices were much better at Maurer's than at the typical rental stores in Grand Rapids. Easy to work with even though I wasn't a business! I would recommend! I needed 150 but had to rent 200 as they only do packages of 100, but a few were actually dirty or wrinkly, so having extra was good. The price was so good it didn't matter that I rented 50 more - I still saved almost 1/2 the price!

I was unhappy with their service. The driver did not adhere to the schedule we established. He repeatedly tracked grease a Ross the carpet of my waiting room. Linens we're stained and poor quality.
When I decided to extricate my business from the contract the held me to all the finest print in the contract, like all complaints had to be sent by registered mail, etc. They had a very hard hitting lawyer, unwilling to budge. I eventually settled and wrote a check to end the contract.
Beware. This company makes it's money by getting you locked in a contract.
Avoid this company like the plague
