Minnesota Axe is perfectly designed to host large group events. We are available for corporate, bachelor/bachelorette parties, a special event or just a group of people who want to throw axes. When you book an event with Minnesota Axe, every aspect of your event can be coordinated. We love guests who would like to just walk in and throw axes for an hour.

We can't always guarantee availability as a lot of our lanes are booked with reservations. Walk-ins are first come, first served and you may end up throwing with other walk-in throwers. Our Leagues are Wednesday and Sunday Nights. It consists of 8 weeks of throwing competition sanctioned by the IATF and culminating in a championship of the top 16.

Neat location. It is right inside of the theater, which I wasn't expecting. We came by because we had a coupon but I'm definitely open to coming again. The instructor was helpful and walked us through a bunch of tips and tricks. I've thrown the small axes before. They also had full axes and even shovels that we could throw. It's a pretty fun way to spend an hour.

Shout out to House for a great axe throwing experience. Excellent instructor that made it a fun, competitive, but chill experience. Also kept on a face mask the entire time. Definitely coming back once we're back in town.

Amazing experience. The coaching is legit and it was an absolute blast! Lucas was a phenomenal "Axe Master" who not only gave us great tips, but also just a fun time.

A great place for date night. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was great that they assign an instructor to you the entire time so they can coach you into better throwing.

Awesome experience, Mike was a great instructor/ master. He broke down techniques and the rules very well. It was our first time playing the game. We will definitely be going back!

Logan was a great coach and was energetic and gave good tips to improve our throws! They serve food so there were some other groups not wearing masks, but everything was distanced well. We had a great time and enjoyed the teaching and then games set up and liked the special axes!

Dustin was an amazing teacher and we had a blast. Great experience and a great teacher.

I do NOT recommend buying food or drinks from the bar. $20 for a tall beer. Nuts.

Was told when I called the day before to make a reservation that they only do reservations for parties of 4, not 2. They said that if we get here at 2pm when they open that we should have no problem getting a walk-in time. So we drive the hour to get here at 2pm to just be turned away saying that they aren't taking walk-ins.

Just there tonight and Chris did an awesome job turning us all into Paul Bunyan. Cool facility for adults to drop the kids off for a movie and sit back with a beer and relieve a little stress.

We had a corporate event here of about 30 people. We had an assortment of pizzas and wings along with the open bar. The staff there ran an ax throwing tournament for all of us. They were super knowledgeable and really helped everyone with how to throw an ax. Everyone had an amazing time. I would definitely go back here and if you live in the area you have to give this a try. I think I'm hooked and a lot of it has to do with the staff. Again they really went above and beyond in my opinion to make ya feel comfortable in this activity and showing us how to do it. Thanks again MN Ax!
