Really glad we went with Travis to remove a bunch of trees and grind the stumps. He came and gave an estimate and locked in a time frame for the work to begin. The estimate was well detailed and he beat all the otuer quotes on price. When it came time for the work to be done, he showed up with one other person and they went to work. They were truly fascinating to watch. In a day and a half all the trees were down, all the stumps were ground and they did a good job cleaning up. After they left, Two of my neighbors asked for his number because of how impressive his work was. We have plans to take

Great communication through the whole process via the web form / text / email. Appreciated the professional opinion during the estimate process - we definitely want to keep our trees if possible and Travis recommended pruning where needed and shrub / small tree removal where there wasn't much left to save in our overgrown 1960s landscaping. Arrived when he said he would, did the work he said he would and at the price he'd quoted. Definitely recommend.

I was given a quote and a date to get my arborvitaes pruned. Travis did not show up on the date he provided. In addition to not showing up, there was no communication. No call, text, or email. Did not respond to any calls or emails that day.
Weeks later I finally received an email from Travis stating he would show up on another date. Did not show up once again on that date. Did not call, email, or text after not showing up.
Completely unprofessional. Zero customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

We wanted two dead trees removed, and the work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly, and at a good price. I've worked with a few different tree removal & trimming providers over the years, and this was the best experience by far. Travis and his crew were fantastic! we had several large trees in the backyard with limited access taken down and they arrived on time with a crane to dive into the work. Had everything done and cleaned up before lunch. Very professional, asked all the right questions regarding concerns with access, things to avoid or protect on the property with doing the work. I've worked with Travis for years. At my last place he cabled an old maple that I wanted to keep, but was worried about potential for damage to my home in the event of a big storm. He did a great job and the tree remains fully in tact years later. He also removed several large trees from my backyard and removed the stumps as well. He worked efficiently and made a dramatic improvement to my backyard without leaving much of a trace that he was even there. Travis and team did a great job taking out a stand of dead and dying ash trees. Friendly, fast, clean communications, personable team, safety emphasis, and good cleanup. We've tried several other local services and his is by far the best.

Hired them to come out to remove some bushes we had on the side of the house, then remove stumps and clean the area up so it's suitable for planting grass.
Well, they got rid of the bushes and halfheartedly smoothed things over. I had to go out and remove a few of the stumps left behind and clean up some left over branches.
Disappointed. For the price ($450), I didn't want to have to do anything except plant the grass. Instead, I had to rake and cut the roots off of leftover stumps.

Not sure why anyone would give Travis and his crew less than 5 stars. Travis has done all our tree work on our property. He is VERY professional, does not use big equipment to get up in the tree - he climbs and gently drops the limbs, then takes the trunks down. We just had them take down a huge oak that was a menace to our neighbors driveway - I could not believe how quickly and efficiently they did it. They used equipment to find the roots and stump, now you can't even tell now that a tree ever lived there.
He also ground up a lot of roots for an area where we cut down bushes ourselves

They went through our yard like a whirlwind taking down 7 trees and several limbs from a very large tree (that had been touching our roof) in a little over 2 hours. They worked quickly and efficiently, utilizing great skill, advanced equipment and excellent teamwork to effectively implement the promised plan of action. I have to say I am disappointed. I read good reviews but we have had a terrible experience with this company. Our tenant has a huge tree limb about to fall and it's been weeks plus several calls and they never get back to us. They had already visited the property and we never received the estimate. The safety concern for our tenant is huge because now this delay in having to find someone could result in potential damage to the house plus the residents.

We were looking for a trained arborist, who could properly prune four trees to remove crossed branches, train the growth to fill in empty spots in the tree canopies and keep the trees away from the house -- all while maintaining a natural shape. We also wanted two overgrown blue spruce shrubs removed. Travis and his crew were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Travis came the same day for an estimate of a tree removal. They scheduled me for the following week and called to come a few hours earlier that day (which worked out great for us). They were quick, efficient and know their stuff. Clean-up was great and they were very pleasant to deal with. Very reasonably priced too and proof of insurance! Highly recommend for your tree removal needs.
