Stay away from this brokerage. You should go straight to the insurance company yourself. They do not try to help their clients at all. People use brokerages so they don’t have to deal with insurance issues and they will not help you. They actually will forget about you entirely. It’s 2019 and they still send ONLY mail when there is a issue. They don’t pick up the phone and call you or even use email!
