Year 2020 has been hard for everyone, but travel industry has been hit harder than most. We took advantage of this slow period and spend the time by educating ourselves and deepening our product and suppliers knowledge. We took part in numerous webinars and virtual trade shows.
In one of my favorites "Our Africa Trade Show", I had 30 one on one meetings with representatives of my favorite suppliers on the ground in Africa, who were sharing their first hand experience and knowledge.We attended bi-monthly virtual meetings with tourist boards and representatives of tour companies and hotels, getting updates on health protocols and new entry requirements to international destinations.

Dasa visited Barcelona this summer and want to share with you some highlights of her stay. Barcelona is capital of the autonomous Spanish region of Catalonia and it is one of the Europe's most beautiful cities. Gaudi's most famous creation SAGRADA FAMILA, is still the work in progress and it will leave you speechless.
Eva and Victor, a young Brookline couple, absolutely loved their recent 2-week adventurous stay in Ecuador. This was Eva's very first experience with Latin America - the birthplace of her husband. She was very happy to share her immediate impressions. Ecuador is definitely one of the most amazing and diverse places I have visited so far!

Five stars for certain! We have been using Village Travel for more than 10 years for our flights to Europe and winter getaways. Dasa is the above and beyond travel agent, someone who works out the kinks of travels and someone who cares and meets your specific needs. If there are deals, you can count on Dasa watching them for you. Always friendly, efficient and forthcoming. We never look elswehere!

Dasa saved us as international travel went crazy following the President's travel ban announcement. Our daughter was studying in Prague and she called that night very upset -- telling us that her program had told her that the travel ban meant that everyone had to get on a flight home immediately. There was a lot of inaccurate information flying… around, and a lot of very expensive last minute flights getting snapped up. Dasa was available late that evening and worked tirelessly then and over the following days to calm us down and ultimately find a reasonably priced flight home for our daughter

Lisa at Village Travel has been helping me and all my family members for years.
she always goes above and beyond to help, I remember one year we were taking a trip to Aruba and their was a snow storm, which happened to be on a Saturday and her day off, she actually worked for us from home that day for hours to make sure we were taken care of and rebooked all of us to leave a few days later, I could not imagine what I would have done if I had made arrangements on a radom website.
We just got back from our trip to Riviera Maya with my family, stayed at a hotel which she recommended and we usually

Dasa at Village Travel has been helping me for years with all my travel plans. I am always blown away about how much she knows about every destination. What would take me hours to research on the web she already knows.
My most recent trip was to Punta Cana. I trusted her to pick the right hotel for us and it was perfect. She gave me lots of info and tips that made the trip go smoothly. We were even able to get out of Boston and back between two huge snowstorms! Maybe Dasa had a hand in that too!

Just got back from a self guided walking tour of the Cotswold's in England. I usually now book the majority of my travel through Dagmar at Village Travel. I am so glad I did for this trip! First, everything in the travel was perfect, from the car that met us at the airport at Heathrow to picking a local tour company that allowed for an amazing journey. Dagmar found a unique, UK tour company that was outstanding. And the best part was that it was a fraction of what we would have paid if we had booked through one of the high end US based companies.
