Alex at Hi-Tech is fantastic. We were really happy with him after his visit to our new (new to us...) home. Everything went exactly as he said it would (carpet bubbled up, hot day - should be gone within 24 hrs - it was, etc.). He is very knowledgeable and prompt. He and his staff communciate very well (which is sadly uncommon these days) - reminder call, update as to arrival time within the window. Called Hi-Tech as a referral from a neighbor to clean the carpets in my brother's townhome prior to sale. Above average (great!) communication, quick service, personable owner that did the work. I felt comfortable to be able to leave Alex in the house alone while I ran to do other business. He got all the tough stains out and left it in nice saleable condition.
I've always been a little disappointed with any carpet cleaning service that the edges didn't come clean. Wishful thinking...consistent vacuuming may avoid that issue.

We were overdue for a carpet cleaning and I searched Yelp for a quality company with excellent reviews and reasonable prices.
Hi-Tech was an easy choice. I was able to make an appointment over the phone within a reasonable amount of time to clean my downstairs.
The owner operator Alex is a great guy. He's efficient, friendly, hard working, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, polite, and reasonable.
We had some deep stains as well as a few dog urine stains. He politely said he's not a miracle worker and explained the science of cleaning carpets as well as stains. I really appreciated that

I had my mother's carpet cleaned yesterday & I must say my experience was great! After doing about an hour of research for carpet cleaners & wondering if I should just do it myself (LOL) I stumbled across Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. Immediately, every single review caught my eye so I reached out to book asap. We have a 150 pound drooling Irish Wolfhound. His drool leaves rust colored stains on our cream coloured carpets that are very difficult to remove, and at 62 years old it takes me all day just to clean a 5 ft. section of carpet.
I decided to check on Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to give my old back a break.

Alex cleaned our carpets and when some stains re-emerged he returned and re-cleaned several ares of our Berber carpet which he advised us in advance would be, by their nature, difficult to get clean.
Due to his hard work and expertise he got them clean. We will be making Alex our go to carpet cleaning expert from now on.

OMG thank you Alex! Between potty training my son, insane foot traffic up and down the stairs, and careless kids, the carpet at the house was pretty gross. I was able to make a next day appointment with Alex and let me tell you I was beyond impressed. We've had the stairs done before but they still had a dirty look to them. Alex came and restored their look and got the smell and stains out of them. I would recommend them a million times over.

Alex is the absolute best person to work with. He's professional, on time and reasonable with prices. I had originally called him back in December but needed to reschedule due to time conflict. The reschedule process was a breeze. On our second appointment, he showed up in the morning- on time -and got straight to business. His work was AMAZING. Was looking for a carpet cleaning company for a while now to clean my carpets due to my pup urinating on the carpets when I first got him and spraying pet and odor spray, only to leave bleach marks all over the carpet.
