Best campground ever! Wonderful staff, love the pool, very safe and love how family and friends can visit during the day wo having to register! Other campgrounds make each visitor have to pay a fee or won't allow them to drive to the sites but higbys is wonderful allowing that, understanding that it's family friendly.
Thank u higbys for another fun season!
Highly recommended!

I stayed at the troll cottage at higbys and really enjoyed my stay. Cottage was clean and got cable tv with HBO. The have a really clean and beautiful pool. I love the little game room they have there too. We stayed for a week this year but next year I’ll be staying for two weeks. You really can’t beat the price.

When I booked the tent site I made sure to ask did it include water and electricity and was told yes. Took 6 different families out with me telling them we had it to get there and find out we didn't. Was told water and electricity was only for campers even through I paid that price. So went to buy a generator for that issue. Next issue I have is the tiny bathroom's. The shower collects water and doesn't drain properly so that was a problem for me as I didnt feel clean. Would I return or reccomend NO!! but my kids enjoyed themselves

We stayed at Higbys Campground this last fri and sat in the Oakdale cottage. We had a great time and plan on going back. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was just the right size. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Staff was friendly. They let us take our own firewood in which was nice. If anyone is planning to stay in that cottage make sure you take a cpl extra loafs of bread to feed the ducks because they show up for breakfast lunch and dinner. Over all tho it was a perfect cpl days 😁
