This place was great. It's hard to find a tv repair shop. The person I dealt with was professional, and didn't talk down to you like most tech shops. Pricing was very reasonable. They were honest about the work and didn't try and tack on extra fees and work that wasn't need.

Enrique was such a wonderful help with my laptop! He was super friendly and reasonably priced!! I was told by multiple tech places that none of my data would be restored and that I would need a new compute but not them! They were able to repair and restore everything! I will definitely continue to recommend and go for my tech needs!

Would not recommend this place whatsoever. Was charged and initial deposit/assessment fee for my iPhone 7. He gave me an estimate before of what he thought the price would be before placing my deposit. After collecting my deposit, he told me there would be a takedown fee along with the initial price he gave me before. I would have went elsewhere if he had told me this before taking my initial deposit. I figured he already had my assessment fee so I asked him to go ahead and fix the phone. I brought my laptop in to fix a broken hinge. I'm not sure what they did, but the case no longer put together rightAÃ 1 was. The DVD drive doesn't work right, the lid doesn't close properly, and the screen is still floppy. So now I have to pay someone else to undo what they did and fix the original problem. My warranty is probably voided now, too. I will never go back, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

TechSabe has now saved me twice! Back in November 2017 I brought my phone in for a screen repair after dropping and shattering my screen. I was so impressed by the amazing service that I brought my phone back to them again today (June 2018) when my phone was no longer responding to touch and some of the bottom buttons stopped working. I received the same excellent service I remembered. Enrique was the person who helped me today. He explained to me all of the things that could be causing the issue with my phone and actually had a desk model of the inside of the phone to show me how the connections

Don't risk it, save your time and money, go somewhere else. I wish I had trusted my gut feeling with going to another business for laptop repair after speaking to Enrique on the phone the first time, but thought I give him a try, give business to small shops in town. 2 weeks and $500 later, all my photos and software, gone.

Went there for a iPhone 6S Screen repair. My screen was cracked but everything else was working fine. Never had any problems.
So I got my screen repaired by TechSabe. After I got it back I had stains in my screen, can't hang up or cancel calls and the left side of my screen is not working right in general. I went back to tell them about my problem and ask them if they can please repair their mistake. All I got was "That's not in the warranty." All overall that means I can use my phone in a worse condition now than it was when I brought it there. They were really nice but not

Ok so I haven't came here yet but I did call to ask for a price quote and was very impressed with how thorough they were with the diagnosis for my backup iPhone that god washed in a washing machine. I will update this once I do drop my phone off for servicing (eventually) but I'm thoroughly impressed with the way thy handled a potential customer on a cold call. I can't imagine them treating their customers any different. They've definitely earned my business

I dropped my iPad 4th generation, shattering the glass. I moment I called Enrique at Tech Sabe, I felt at ease. He made the experience easy. I'll definitely be back again for all of my mac needs.
Made a lot of phone calls to many of the other repair shop without response. Especially, In and Out Repair. I waited for 30 minutes in front of their store, then called, but they didn't answer.

This place is awesome I unfortunately have had to come here for four repairs but each time I have came the customer service has been awesome. Despite there always being multiple customers needing there devices fixed I have gotten my phones fixed fast. Even with the quick repairs the quality of work is still perfect. Enrique and his employees are perfectionists when it comes to their customers devices!

I unfortunately have the worst luck with my phones. FORTUNATELY, Enrique and his crew have come through for me a couple of times. I recently broke my screen along with a bend in my phone. I thought for sure all hope was lost and there was no way to repair it. I hadn't backed up my photos and I was devastated thinking they would be lost. Lucky for me, these guys know their stuff. They were able to 100% repair the bend, lcd lighting, and busted screen. All at a fair and reasonable price. Thank you guys for your help. A phone is replaceable, photos are not. Complete rubbish! Had the worst experience with this company. All my photos on my computer & external hard drive were deleted with no remorse, explanation, or plan to figure out how to get them back whatsoever. About 4,000 photos in all. Very poor customer service.......... I never heard back after I told them what happened and that was last spring.

Already having a computer guru who comes to my home and is very reasonably priced, BUT who did not feel comfortable (thank goodness he said so) attempting to replace my cracked iPad screen (as much as he would have loved the challenge) SO I found myself in need of an EXPERT to help me fix my iPad !!

Went here with very high hopes considering the ratings. My Iphone 4s screen cracked and i needed a quick repair. They seemed promising at first scheduling me in and taking the details down. Took about and hour and a half, not bad right?,,..
1. But before i left i was wondering why my phone had no signal. He forgot to put my sim card back in. just lovely.
No big deal right i caught it before i left.
2. I get home (30 minutes away) and i get a phone call from them stating they forgot to put the two screws that secure the iphone completely. Well that was just the tipping point for my patience.
