I hope anyone looking to buy insurance recognizes when a company actually cares more about you and what you need than just making a sale. I would give this agency 6 stars if google would let me. The young lady I spoke with was Mallory and she took the time to really explain things to my aging mother in a way that made her feel secure in her decision to do business with them. She answered every question and showed amazing respect to her. If I lived in Savannah I would move everything I have to State Farm and especially this agency. Thank you.

Mallory was an absolute and unforgettable wealth of knowledge. She was incredibly responsive in communication, able to explain big concepts clearly and concisely, empathetic, and authentic. My son purchased a new vehicle on 3/29. I emailed StateFarm about 3 in the morning on 3/30 to remove one vehicle and add the new vehicle. Mandy P. at Meridth’s Lamas office in Savannah, ga. responded that very morning and had already added the new vehicle and emailed me our insurance ID card and new binder. I believe you should give credit where credit is due.
Most people doesn’t like dealing with there car insurance company.
However, when you are lucky to have someone like Meredith Working with you and for you it makes all the difference in the world.
She is very nice, informative and never does she feel like you are a bother. I will be the first to say I’m not the best in understanding policy’s. Meredith explains things in great detail and in ways we as clients can understand.
