Generally speaking, acupuncture is painless. However, different sensations, such as slight tingling or fullness, may be felt at the site of insertion. The types of needles we use are very different than those you are used to at your doctor's office or lab test office. Acupuncture needles are solid, extremely fine and are thinner than a strand of human hair.

Loved Paula (I believe that was her correct name and spelling)! So caring and efficient and detail oriented. Great bedside manner. Took the time and really got my medical history down and concerns and wants and needs and addressed them and set up a treatment plan. Will definitely go back and see her again!

We first came to hear about AcuPremier from a friend when they held a complimentary "parking lot, de-stress, acupuncture session". The acupuncturists came to the car in masks and gloves and placed the acupuncture needles in our ears.
We thought this was such a good idea during these Covid-19 times and it really did help! So much so that I scheduled an appointment for my wife with Ana Paula for her Birthday.
The office at Acupremier is very clean, modern and has plenty of parking. We were greeted by Ana Paula (whom wore a mask and face shield) where she did a thermal temperature

Jillian is amazing. I first went to her immaculate and peaceful clinic (it's like being in a spa) over a month ago because of my TMJ pain. I've been to many acupuncturist and hands-down Jillian is the best. I recommend her to everyone I know. Other acupuncturist In the past just seem to just do their own thing. Jillian takes her time and gives you her full attention. She has help me so much with neck stiffness and pain. I definitely recommend Accu Premier acupuncture.

I have been a patient of Jillian's for about a year. I met her at her Playa location and when she stop doing her Tuesdays in Playa, I followed her to her location in Redondo Beach. I have seen 5 different acupuncturist and she by far is the best. She has help me with Skier's Thumb. My right thumb was deformed and barely able to move when I met her. The swelling was really bad in both of my hands. Now my thumb looks normal, the swelling in my hands is down drastically and the injured area no longer feels and looks hard and swollen. It does get swollen after about 5 days after treatment

Jillian is the best I haven’t slept well in months and have anxiety. Being new to acupuncture I was a little skeptical and didn't know what to expect but Jillian was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable about the treatment. She explains everything well and is super responsive to questions. I can truly see her passion and level of care for her patients and will continue to come back until I'm all better. I’ve only seen Jillian 3 times and I already can say my experience has been transformative. I told her about the stress in my life & my back pain and each time I’ve gone, I’ve left feeling lighter & pain free. My hour long sessions feel like 5 minutes because once the needles are in & she leaves the room I feel like I’m in a meditation tank & hovering between awake & asleep. My experience has been surreal. Jillian seems very aware of both Eastern & Western medicine. I would recommend anyone considering acupuncture to try her. Best choice I’ve made all year.
