After reading Jane M.'s review, I could not standby without saying something to counter such egregious claims. Williams and Parsons is a wonderful establishment of which I have personally known one of the owners for almost 20 years. I own several reputable organizations of which W&P has represented through tax work over the years and they produce and operate from a standpoint of high standards and regard toward others. We used this firm for our taxes last year and tried to again this year with no success. We provided this Brad guy with all our information for a simple 1040 return, then had to sit and wait for over a week with no communication from him. He has the personality of a fence post. Asked basic questions that he wouldn't (or couldn't?) answer. Ignores emails and phone calls. No professionalism here. If you are looking for value-added accounting this is not the place to find it. What took the cake is after a week of not hearing anything to confirm that he had even received our emails or phone
