I have used them several times. Owner is very nice. The work is good but they are very expensive. Also, the quality of the product they use is poor for the high price they charge. The last thing they did for me did not last even two years Before it broke. Wife who handles the calls is not the nicest either. I got my last job done elsewhere for more than 1/4th of the price they quoted.

I needed screening replaced on a property that I am managing. It was not a big job but they treated me as if I were an important customer. They couldn't have been nicer. The repair was done on time and on budget. Turns out that because of the age of the structure it was a more difficult job than I had described yet it was done with professionism and a smile. My patio door was 20 years old and the bearings were all rusted out, requiring much strength to open or close. Additionally, a rear window had a busted spring and became lopsided and wedged in the track. I found RC Windows and Doors on the Internet and called for service. They were out two days later, Ron and his helper showed up exactly on time, and the service was excellent. The rollers on the patio door were replaced with nylon products, which will never rust out. I first hired Ron to repair a door that had been broken into. I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I eventually used him to replace all of the windows in my house with new impact glass, Low E, windows. RC Windows and Doors is a family run business and does very high quality work. Ron handled all of the permits and inspections for my job. I have been very happy with the work that they have done for me and do not hesitate to recommend them for any window or door installation or repair.

I cannot fault the workmanship on my sliders. They work great, they open smoothly, and I'm happy that everything is fixed. However, given that a nylon roller costs less than $10 and they were at my home for less than one hour; they had the nerve to charge $600. I am appalled! I feel like this is the worst rip-off that I have ever experienced.

I had a leaky sliding door. I called and received very pleasant customer service. Ron came & diagnosed what he thought was the problem. I felt he was honest in saying that when dealing with water, it could come from just about anywhere. So he can't guarantee that his diagnosis is the solution. Well, his diagnosis was right on the money! My sliding door stopped leaking and I'm thrilled.
