I booked with British Airport Cars for London to Southampton travel and they (Chris Mills) were very professional and easy to deal with. Then, when I had to cancel, due to the virus, they stepped up and waived their cancellation fee to accommodate this change in plans. Got to say, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Fasi was an excellent driver who was early and ready for us when we arrived at the airport and then early once again and ready to take us back to the airport for our trip home.. He was courteous, talkative and a great driver. I would not hesitate to recommend Both British Airport Cars and Fasi. Excellent experience!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the transfer last night from Heathrow. We were both tired after a delayed flight - the driver was there waiting for us, very polite & courteous, lovely clean & comfortable vehicle and a very smooth & pleasant journey back home. I have used British Airport Cars several times, most recently for a pick up and return to Heathrow. Our driver was professional, prompt and courteous and the car comfortable. I especially like that they reconfirm a couple of days before so there are no worries that they have you in their system. We will definitely use them next time we are in London.

I have used British Airport Cars on several occasions. The service is excellent and fair. On one occasion when I tried to book a car, Chris Mills advised that using a black cab would be better deal for me. The drivers have always been neat, courteous and a few minutes early. I highly recommend British Airport Cars.
