Purchasing a ticket in the Chester Chances Raffle gives you 3 chances to win up to $2,500 in Gift Certificates to Chester, CT's renowned Restaurants & Shops. All proceeds benefit Camp Hazen YMCA and BRAYCE (Brazilian American Youth Cultural Exchange) while supporting the businesses in our local town.

I FREAKING LOVED IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I really love how all of the counselors and kids are very kind and understanding, I got along with everybody. Don't even get me started on how awesome the OLYMPICS are, even though my team lost by 19 points I STILL had an awesome time! Once my two weeks were over I just wished I could stay for another 2 weeks.100 out of 10 would recommend going here (or sending your child here), I'm REALLY looking forward to going back this summer!!! this place is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Signed up and paid in full in May for a session that starts on 8/8/21 Called us on 8/3/21 to inform us that our reservation was cancelled(our reservation, not the whole camp) The person who called was cold and obviously did not care that my daughters heart would be broken. Speechless. They offered no help and no alternatives.

We love Camp Hazen. We’ve been going to family camp on Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends for 12 years. Those weekends together have bonded us as a family. The wholesome atmosphere is refreshing and there are so many different activities we love coming back! Our 15 year old son has gone to the resident camp for 6 years. The counselors are great role models and Our son will apply to the Leadership Program next summer. We have only wonderful things to say about this very special camp!!!

This is my favorite place in the world! I've been 5 years, i would've loved for it to be 6, but I'm hoping this coming year i can become a LEA! I have been going to camp Haden for 4 years. This summer will be my 5th year at camp. And I will get my watch. For everybody who has never been at camp hazen. It is a awesome place where you can make new friends and have a ton of fun. I love it and will keep coming back every year. I go to session b and am on the spirit team. My name is Bryant. Camp Hazen is a family tradition. I went there from ages 9-15. My brother started at age 9 and went on to be a counselor and even sports director. My daughter has been going since she was 12. She just finished the LEA program and is currently doing the lifeguard training. We all have the best time there. So many memories!!!!

I've been a camper at Hazen for 6 years! Each summer was a blast! I make new friends and reconnect with old ones! They don't allow phones, which is great because you can enjoy the beauty of camp! The counselors are really nice and they are always willing to help you with anything! People from around the world come to Hazen! It's a great opportunity to learn about different cultures. It's such an accepting community! You can go around with paint on your face and you can wear the dumbest outfit, and nobody judges you for it! It's a place where you can be yourself! It also helps you develop better
