Caprock Home Health Services, Inc. offers a wide variety of home health care services and attendant care across Texas with offices located in Abilene, Amarillo, Austin, El Paso, Lamesa, Lubbock, Odessa, Plano, San Angelo, San Antonio, Uvalde, and Wichita Falls. We offer a variety of services that can assist our patients with any of their medical needs.

Our services range from home health aides, disease management, various therapy options and much more. Our goal is to make our patient's life easier with our assistance. What makes us unique is our ability to meet the complete needs of our home health patients. From the skilled nursing and therapy all the way down to Personal Assistance Services (PAS).
Services
Caprock Home Health has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. We have served our patients across Texas with our highly trained staff. We believe in our patient's independence and want to support them in any way we can from the comfortability of their own home. Our patients invite us into their homes, to help them with their home health care needs based upon aging, disability, or debilitating diseases.
Disease management allows Caprock Home Health, through clinical pathways, to manage utilization for patients with chronic diseases. Love Your Heart is an education and treatment program designed by Caprock Home Health Services to help patients control cardiovascular diseases. Caprock Home Health has initiated a COPD program to manage patients with this chronic disease in their place of residence.

Caprock is currently providing services for my sister and they have been wonderful from day one!!! She lives alone in Lubbock and had life altering surgery, wants to remain as independent as possible. All of her team has been excellent!!! She still has long road ahead but I am not as worried about her with the great care she is receiving by all at Caprock. I don't live in same town so it gives me great comfort between my visits with her. Thank you to each and every one at Caprock!!

Do not use this agency! What a benefit you have that cannot be used through these people. In a matter of 8 months, I was sent one person that was so bad, she created more work than help. I was continually told, we are looking for someone, & because of Covid, we are struggling. Things eased up with Covid & still no one. The lad that appears to be in charge can't make a decision one. It all has to be addressed with his "supervisor". Terrible experience with this company.

I have had a great experience with Caprock Home Health. Several of our residents have used their provider services after discharging from our facility. They have all had great things to say about them and several want to continue services with them. GREAT COMPANY!

They staff half of time can't work the schedule days. Don't have enough staff to take of patients they. If one quits you have to wait two weeks to get anyone to your. You have to provide meals for the staff and then sometimes they even ask for a loan from you. So unprofessional, I would never recommend them.

As an employee for 8 years(Abilene), I have seen the company at its best, and at its worst. The current administration lacks leadership, recognition and respect for its employees, and their 'training team' lacks proper training etiquette or full knowledge of all position duties. Rules are always changing, based on which Corporate staff it comes from, and to whom they are directed. As a parent office, there is no guidance from upper management, and questions/concerns go unanswered and never addressed. Because of these issues, there is a high turnover rate, which leads to waiting years for merit
