Services
Vacation Rentals Montana has been in business since 2000. It was founded by Patricia Blume and operated as Patricia Blume Properties for 18 years. In 2019 the business transitioned to Allison Konkel, who has worked in the vacation rental industry in southwest Montana since 2006. Paul Vucetich has been with the company for over ten years and continues to play an important role.
A. Generally, our properties have a three-night minimum, but we do set longer stay limits for some of our most popular homes at peak season. Always ask if your needs to fit the advertised perimeters. We are happy to accommodate you if we can. A. Our Paradise Valley homes can be serviced by Billings Logan International Airport to the east and Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to the west. Generally, the Billings airport is about two hours away, while the Bozeman airport is roughly an hour. Bozeman provides non-stop flights to 17 cities in the United States.
Montana is home to small towns with a rich cultural heritage. Billings is the largest city in Montana with just over 110,000 people, while the entire state of Montana is just over one million. We have the third lowest population density in the United States. When you think of Montana, think of wide-open spaces!
Vacation Rentals Montana offers caretaking services for homeowners who prefer to keep their home vacant and available for use at any time. This program is also ideal for owners who have property listed for sale and want to keep it in tip-top showing condition. Three generations of our family vacationed at Green Acres in July 2019. The location and accommodations were awesome. Patricia and the owner JT were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and the house had everything a family would need including baby items for the grandkids. Highly recommend, hope we can visit again. So much to see and do. Need a photographer while you are there, highly recommend Keelia Jo Photography, she was great with the little kids and came to the house for the family photo session.
