I like to be able to support people running their own business. I am always concerned that if they don't do a great job, there is no one else to complain to.
Not an issue here. Great experience, on time, well organized and very professional install on a challenging BMW 4 series convertible. Zero bubbles, nice appearance.
Most importantly for me, there was a small fold in the very bottom corner on one window. There was no argument, not even a discussion that they would not fix it. Within just a few days, the window film was replaced under warranty.

Bret did a great job for me on 4 cars now, and would not ever go anywhere else for window tint. Always great communications and show up on time. High quality tint and none of the cars have any problems or needed any touch up. One car had him remove dealer installed tint and since then always have him do the tint instead of the dealer, it's cheaper and most important, higher quality!

Bret was super cool. We talked back and forth after I initially looked into getting my windows done. He and another one of his staff got to my home early and did an amazing job. They were quick but thorough and I could tell the difference from my old tint when we drove to get pumpkins that afternoon. Great price and even got a free upgrade. Def would recommend them to anyone looking to get tint on your vehicle.

Bret was very responsive to my inquiries, and showed up right when he said he would.
When he was done with my Panamera it looked great except some minor bubbles along some edges and the rear window defroster. He said they would lay down after it dried a bit. I was a little concerned, but sure enough, the next day my windows were perfect. Bret did a fantastic job. Very happy. Got the ceramic tint and it looks awesome.

Brett is a really nice guy and does a great job! He came to us so we didn't have to drop our vehicles off and he made it work with our work schedule so we were able to have all 3 vehicles tinted while at work. I can't say enough great things about Bret. I originally reached out Saturday night at 10pm, within minutes he answered my questions, and we had an appointment scheduled the next morning. Bret arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and was in and out within 30 minutes. Arranged for a Saturday, but his kid got sick so he had to cancel. Hey - life happens. We rescheduled for the following Saturday, and because he had to cancel, he upgraded my tint due to the inconvenience.

The car I bought was already tinted with 30% light transmission, but that wasn't enough for the crazy hot AZ summers. Bret, the owner of the company was extremely easy to work with and we communicated through text to organize and set up the tinting service.
He came to my house on a Saturday morning and with all his tools and supplies, removed my original tinting and re-tinted my entire car in less than 3.5 hours! When he was here I asked about ceramic paper, which was twice the price, he showed me the product, gave me features and benefits, but didn't push the sale at all. He told me that regardless of the paper, the quality of the work was going to be the same. Honest about his work and products and definitely not in it for a one time job and works hard on establishing a relationship that will bring customers back.
