Mr. Mele has been successfully representing a wide variety of corporate and individual clients as a litigator and trusted business adviser for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts in matters involving complex commercial disputes, serious personal injuries cases-both plaintiff and defendant, maritime litigation, insurance disputes, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
Barbara P. Lazaris graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the Massachusetts School of Law. With almost 20 years experience as an attorney, her practice focuses on residential real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers, and lenders and the zealous plaintiff representation on the trial level.
Mr. Rubin has had extensive trial experience in State and Federal Court in complex commercial, real estate, and corporate litigation for more than 20 years. He began his career associated with the Manhattan law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and later practiced with the Connecticut law firm of Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin before he started his own law firm in 1996.
