We hired Lamp to add a laundry/mudroom to our carport, resigned/remodeled the layout of the kitchen and added a small party off the kitchen.
We loved the fact that they were local and did in house design services with an architect and draftsman on staff. We love our new additions and kitchen redesign. Great staff and crew, it was a pleasure working with these guys!

When my husband and I decided to do a kitchen remodel we didn't know where to begin. Fortunately our neighbor told us about Lamp, Design, + Build. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen! All the attention to detail from Matt and his team was phenomenal. They offer great customer service, quality work, and reliability that was second to none. We are using Lamp Design Build to do a major renovation of our home and are currently over half way through the project. It is coming along very nicely. Hired Lamp Design Build to do major renovations after an a/c leak in the attic when we were out of town. They came in very quickly and helped with every part of getting things repaired and livable again. They made every effort to reduce the stress on us in such a bad situation. They worked professionally and quickly with all aspects. The work was beautiful. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Would definitely use them again! Recommend them very highly!

We first hired Lamp Properties to do a bed and bath addition at our home. We were looking for a turn key contractor that could provide both architectural and general contracting services. In other words, a single point of contact to handle all issues and to take full accountability for the project.
