I went here with my husband for some parts for his lawn mower. We had been all over town looking for the parts. They had them. And it didn't take along time to have service ridder to you either. They was nice.

I brought my rzero turn mower in because it would not start. I then asked if they could reconnect the throttle cable. It came off. I asked to be notified of the price before any repairs were made. A week and a half later I get a call saying my mower is ready. I go to pick it up and they tell me it was not starting because to battery terminals were bad and they charged me for a new throttle cable and my bill was nearly $150. Now that's not a whole lot of money but I think they did not call with the price because they new I would say don't do the work. I can change the cables. I'll just go to Potter

Good customer service. They’re just lazy. Mower been in their shop for two weeks for something as simple as it keeps blowing a fuse. I read reviews on lee power thinking I was in good hands. At this point I’m just about to find another shop. Lee power is worthless if you’re trying to get service in a timely manner.

Nice young lady was busy as she could be answering phone handling customers parts needs and doing a tremendous job of it. In conversation she said she was short handed:never would have known! Very pleasant experience, glad to do business here.

4 stars because they found the part I needed, ordered it, and called me when ready. Not the friendliest group of people. I would recommend probably not asking for advice on how a part works or installation or to speak with a mechanic. Just pay your money, do not speak or ask questions and leave.

I have purchased parts and repair services from Lee Power Equipment on several occasions. On all occasions they have been friendly and have charged reasonably prices/rates and the serivces have been solid. I was referred here by a friend and he has generally the same opinion.
