Ted Farrell is an immigration attorney licensed in the state of Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice before the Western District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ted graduated from Dartmouth College, earned a Ph. D. in English and American Literature at the University of Virginia, and later earned a JD from the University of Louisville.

Working again with a great team of attorneys for citizenship...our attorney last time and this time is Duffy...this guy is sharp and always on the ball...he made our first go round with immigration (applying for green card) as easy as he could...Duffy was with us every step of the way and took the time to answer every question we had. I would like to say one more thing about Russell Immigration...i am very pleased they now have more bilingual staff on board...makes communication better for everyone!

Rachel Mendoza-Newton represented my husband and I. She was absolutely wonderful ! Answered all of our questions very thoroughly, such a nice person and when we would travel to Louisville for appointments with her we always left the appointment feeling very at ease. This law firm is wonderful. My husband and I started our legal process in 2009 with another law firm which botched our case to pieces. My husband was given a voluntary departure from the US in August 2012 after we lost our case and a year and half appeal from the other law firm.. Russell Immigration Law Firm came highly recommended and they have lived up to this recommendation. We had an interview in 2015 and my husband was again denied, we filed another application and was given another interview on May 16 2019 and he was approved. We are on our way today June 6, 2019 to pick him up in Texas.
