We visited the pool last week and had it all to ourselves. The water was clear and warm. It was wonderful. The staff started a fire in the stove for us in the adjoining covered room. The complex is currently listed for sale. The pool was well maintained but the outhouse-style restrooms are very rustic. The final leg of the forest service road leading to the Plunge had been recently graded, improving the trip. But it is quite a long drive if you're originating from Treasure Valley.

We called ahead before driving the 18miles of dusty steep washboard roads to make sure they were open for swimming they said yes. We drove our truck with camper over the narrow steep pass to arrive at the pool site only to find out it’s limited to 35people a time in the pool and they don’t provide a waiting list or reservations to swim. There isn’t a time limit on swimmers so you could be waiting for hours. We noticed a ton of people wading in the creek opposite the pool parking lot they must hover there waiting to see if anyone leaves so they can try to get in. It was a pretty sad deal for

We stayed in cabin 12, there were so many flies, smelled terrible and so run down. They need to be updated, everything was run down and old. When I reserved they Stated it had plug-in but the only one was behind the refrigerator. The heater did not work. Terrible experience will not stay there again for the expensive price.

We stayed in a two room cabin. It had bunk beds, A full/queen, and a hideabed. The pool prices are a bit much considering they no longer have a lifeguard on duty. They only allow 35 people in. The cabin was great! The place is like I remember it as a kid with a few changes. Our cabin slept 6 but with a cot or two you could easily squeeze more in. What a great weekend!!

The staff was great, the accommodation not so much. After a long sled ride in you would think the beds would be a little more comfortable but NO! Old mattress, old bedding and no heat! When it's -7 heat is a good thing. We were told to go easy when using the toilet, when you pay for a room with a bathroom in it, I should not have to be easy. I know this place makes enough money to do some upgrades. Greed is a scary thing. Also we were told queen beds, nope they are full size. The pictures are not what your getting so keep that in mind when looking at staying here. I have stayed in places for less

Please note that this review has little to do with the staff and their willingness and ability. While our stay was enjoyable the amenities need an overhaul. It seems the owner has put little into the continued upkeep of the facilities. The septic during the winter is non existent
with little or no concern related to public health. I would be willing to pay more to have some working toilets or at least cleaner outhouses. The mattresses were falling apart, window shades were barely usable, and heating was probably dangerous for young kids. The drive and location is wonderful and I hope you consider
