I have used SWS for 5 years now. The drivers have always been so nice. In COVID 2020 the drives would always make a point to say hi to my 4 year old while we were in lockdown. I love how they roll the cart on our driveway because if it snows you never know with the snow plow. The customer service is prompt and really nice! I have now signed up for their compost service starting January 1, 2022 I'm excited! Thank you again SWS!

SWS is the best garbage/waste removal company we have ever used. They are so nice, such good value, and they are prompt. They have the best customer service people and I’ve never had any issues. We just signed up for organics compost as well - they are super friendly and the best deal in our area. Definitely would recommend over other companies!

We've used this company for 18 months and are very satisfied! It's a local, family run garbage + recycling + yard waste company. They compost yard waste, pick up xmas trees for free, and are very good at communicating if there's changes in schedules. My favorite thing is it seems like they treat their employees well and care for them. They send a cute little newsletter about their employees too! They are also pretty flexible if you need them to pick up extra junk. Their prices are cheaper than or the same as other garbage companies - it's a no brainer to me to support local compared to a Big Waste

I am happy with the service that SWS provides. Simply having them move the cans into the driveway is a bonus and sep above what other competitors provide! Only a few times were we missed or had experiences where they were running late. I had to have one of my trash cans replaced, which they did in a timely manner. I like the communications via an automated voice call as well as e-mail for any potential changes/things to know about the service they provide.

I highly recommend choosing SWS. You can't beat their pricing and they put the can on the driveway when it is empty so you don't have to wonder if they have come yet. The drivers are also very friendly and always have a treat for my dog when they come. Even if we aren't outside, they leave a treat on top of the can for her. Great company!!!

We have used SWS for several years now and have no intentions of changing companies. Our yard waste removal man, Robby, has been so kind and faithful in loading up our yard waste time and time again never saying any thing to make us feel we've way too many bags, leaves, etc. Through all kinds of weather during pick up time, he has been right there, as the others who pick up our trash and recycle. Thank you SWS for having these great people working for your company, for us. We plan to use your services for years to come.

Wow, what an amazing trash service! We forgot to put our bins out over the Thanksgiving holiday and I look over and see one of the workers grabbing the bins from the side of our house. They left milkbones for our dog the other week. I'm endlessly amazed by them. Their bins are also neutral in color so they aren't mega eye sores. You can't beat their prices either! We love you, Suburban Waste!

Love this company. They're always so polite and courteous. Just this last week, I didn't have time to bring the garbage bin down to the end of the driveway before I left for work. I later found out that one of the works brought the garbage bin down, emptied it, and then brought it back up to the house. I couldn't believe it. They are absolutely the nicest people ever. Thank you to everyone who works here!

The absolute best waste service in the area! Local and great people! During Covid they didn't stop!
Always professional and the drivers are the best! They always great you with a smile and bring your garbage can up to the the top of the driveway.

Over the two years I had service with Suburban Waste I essentially had to act as part of their billing staff for my own account. Both years they offered a discount on weekly garbage service if paying for a full year upfront. The problem is they do not treat garbage service as it's own service or credit. They lump everything they offer into one pool and just put the amount pre-paid into that single fund. This company is amazing. Always such friendly service, drivers wave to the kids, phone ladies are great. We have had them several years now, and twice have missed our garbage pickup (our own fault). Both times they've come back to pick up. No extra fees or hidden charges, and much less expensive than our previous hauler.

Impressed from day one. We moved from another service to Suburban as they were much more affordable. They were quick to respond to my online request for info, answered all my questions and billing was a breeze. I love that they are out picking up trash early in the morning so the cans don't have to sit out all day. We've had a couple of instances where a wet yard bag broke, and they even cleaned up the debris that fell out of the bags! Great service.

I have no beef with the drivers, because they seem to be professional, and considerate, such as putting your garbage can back in an easy-to-grab placement, and being consistent with pick up times.
I DO have issue with the horrible, and unprofessional communication from the OFFICE STAFF though, and it makes it very unpleasant to interact with them. They lie about fees, and they also do not return calls when they are in the wrong.
Also, their website is practically useless.

Our former, small hauler retired and sold their business to the garbage king, Waste Management. They provided truly garbage service, increasing our quarterly costs by 10-20%, for almost two years until we quit.

I have been a customer of Republic Services for about 5 years. I had someone from Suburban Waste leave a flyer on my door 3 months ago. I called and talked to Ross and they were able to save me $20 every 3 months compared to what I was paying with Republic. Due to the fact that I had just got done paying Republic Services for the next 3 months Russ ingested just staying with Republic and then signing on with Suburban Waste at the beginning of June. I paid my July 2017 bill online and must have inadvertently put in the incorrect account number for my checking account. I received a letter from them a week later that I should run the payment again. The letter also referenced the 'original' invoice which was $50.99. I immediately went online and paid again via my checking and the payment went through. What I wasn't aware of is that they tacked on an additional $20 charge to my bill with no explanation. However, they raise the fee every year for the past four years. I am using 35 gallon bin and I end up paying more than my neighbor who is using 65 gallon bin. So, I switched to garbage man at end of this May. I also terminated the yard waste with them. I called them at the beginning of June to request for partial refund for the remaining 6 months(June to November) of yard waste service. They said they will have decision by the end of June.
