Totally unprofessional! I called them earlier this year for an extension on my taxes and they said it was taken care of. I just now come to find out they didn't file it. I asked to make an appointment and rather than be up front they dodged my calls for 3 days leaving me little to no time to find a new tax preparer before the August 15th deadline. They're completely unprofessional and should not be handling people's financial reputations. They have now cost me hundreds of dollars in late fines due to their neglect.
