Is equiped with state-of-the art CNC controlled automated machinery. We minimize the amount of labor required to execute your job, so therefore the cost of labor becomes less significant. This is why we can compete with and beat Asian, Mexican, and Bay Area manufacturers. Production Powder Coating - Form & Fusion excels at applying industrial coatings on a high volume of parts.

We paint fence panels, weldments, enclosures, brackets, clips, racking, tubes, sheets and widgets more efficiently and economically than anyone in Northern California. Powder coating is an eco friendly industrial process wherby a fine talcum powder like paint material is sprayed onto a metal surface. The paint particles are held in place by an electric charge. The paint particles are then fused together and fused to the metal part at very high temperature. Powder coating results in a more attractive, durable, and corrosion resistant finish.
We utilize only the most up to date fabrication methods, performed by fully automated, precision equipment and operated by employees commited to excellence. In addition, our 1500-watt, 60" X 120" dual pallet laser center has the latest programming software for the most efficient and economical production of small or large quantities of parts with standard or irregular shapes.
We house 4 robotic welding stations with automatic positioners and 10 hand welding stations. Part of our commitment to Form & Fusion customers is to continue evolving to maintain up-to-the-minute technology and innovative techniques tin metal design, fabrication, and coating processes. Many of our customers previously assumed they had to choose between American-made quality and low foreign prices.
Stamping describes an operation that simultaneously cuts, punches, forms and/or shapes metal sheets or coils. Stamping is used primarily on long or intermediate production runs or to make a very large quantity of parts over time. Stamping requires expensive specialty tools and dies, but when amortized over a large quantity of parts, stamping is by far the most cost effective method of manufacturing.
