Most water utilities meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's tap water regulations. So what are the problems with tap water? There are many unregulated contaminants - like chromium-6 - in American drinking water. We at EWG have identified 316 chemicals in U.S. tap water - 202 of which aren't regulated.
Hard Water and Scale - Hard water is the result of mineral buildup in your city or well water, usually from calcium and lime. Hard water can reduce the quality of water in your home and may also be driving up your water bills. Hard water can cause damaging scale build up from mineral deposits in your pipes.

I am totally pleased with the service with D&L Water Treatment, LLC. Jamie and Doug were so nice and professional. They went beyond servicing my water system and repaired both of my toilets which was included in my service call, only paying for parts. That just doesn’t normally happen.
Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are willing to go beyond to help to make sure I was satisfied !!

After two and a half years of horrible water and countless water treatment companies telling us there was no way to fix it, we were referred to D&L Water Treatment. Jamey came over and tested our water and told us he could absolutely fix it. As a matter of fact, he guaranteed it. He installed the system and we’ve been extremely pleased with the results. Jamey is extremely professional, punctual, and sincerely cares about his work. He called us about a month after he installed our system just to make sure we were still happy with it and our water. If you are looking for the lowest price on a water filtration system, I recommend you keep looking and good luck! Sure you can go out to the big box store and buy a cheaper system and install it yourself. Hope you’re a licensed plumber and a housing code inspector. And don’t forget all the tools and pipes and whatever else the directions tell you you’ll need. And who is going to service it when it breaks? You see, D&L has a 5 star rating for a reason! We couldn't be happier with the softener and filtration system installed by Jamey and his team. The work was done right and on time. We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Jamey had so much patience for all my questions and he made sure we had all of the information we needed. He has also came out since then to test the water and make sure we didn't need any adjustments. I would recommend them to anyone had have already done so.

D&L has excellent customer service! The staff is great at communicating and are very dependable. Tyler and Byron came to do routine maintenance on my water treatment system today and repaired some broken water lines in my basement. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Jamie and his crew Tyler and Byron are very professional and knowledgeable. A few months back they put a water softener system in at my residence. They moved it to my garage. I am very satisfied with the work and their timely response. Recently my daughter needed a water treatment system and they quickly took care of it. Just the other day my daughter’s well went out. I built a house in union county last year and have well water. The North Carolina state water test came back and turns out it was the worst one could have expected. The state recommendation was to shower only and not drink or cook with it. Jamie the owner of D&L came out and promised me he could make my water as good as any bottle water I could buy. The hole house water filter had a huge job to preform considering how bad my water was. 8 months later after a couple of adjustments to the system and installing a secondary water filter under the sink for FREE they have upheld their promise to

Jamie the owner of D & L Water Treatment company is a hard working, honest, kind gentleman. His prices are excellent and his service is superb. He recently installed a whole house water filtration and softening system as well as a UV light and a RO system at our request.
