Services
Keep area clean and dry for 24 hours. Remove bandage and wash with gentle soap and water. Apply an antibiotic ointment, such as neosporin, twice daily for one week. Let area air out and apply a new bandage if needed. Do NOT apply alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to the site. If the area if oozing, red and/or hot to the touch please contact the office as the site may be infected.
Laser treatments are used to help multiple skin issues. This procedure is considered cosmetic and is not covered by insurance. Laser treatments need to be done multiple times to reach the desired effect. Issues that can be treated with laser treatments are hair removal, pigment issues, Rosacea, and acne scaring.
Derm Tech is a non invasive, non surgical procedure that test for the presence of Melanoma before it is visible to the naked eye. Lift: After the provider identifies any concerning mole a series of smart stickers are applied to painlessly collect skin cells from a suspicious mole. I have been a long time patient and out of the blue get a payment for an outstanding bill from a third party collection agency. Keep in mind I have never missed a payment and never once did I get a bill for this outstanding balance. I received no phone call. I have received bills in the past and always paid them timely. The front counter girl mentioned this was a recurring problem and than I was transferred to an office manger who told me that they attempted to mail out statements but yet I never got anything. Keep in mind the front office girl just told me that this has been a recurring problem

Seriously, I look forward to going to see my dermatologist now! (unlike every past experience with others) I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chang and her staff! She is so thorough with me, so friendly, patient and professional. I trust her 100% to oversee my skin health. I am actually very shocked that anyone would say anything less about such a great doctor. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

In the middle of traveling, unexpected accident led me to here and I love this place! I felt something beyond the therapy, which comforts deep inside of my heart. Even the arts hanging on the wall was emmiting unexplainable energy which is good. Doctor here also very kind and very expert dermatologist. I should come here again next time I visit Redding.

Dr Chang is Mormon like all of Shasta Ortho where her husband works They are all in bed together against you the patient and any other doctor who raises issues. They own the medical board in Redding. Its all greed to them. They also own a professional service who fights any complaints raised against them. I believe they are now in charge of Delta Dental There is no more avenue to Raise issues for patient care in Redding, CA

If I could rate her as a zero I would. I have seen her for three times now and should have not have scheduled the second & third appointments. She spent a whopping 40 seconds with each appointment with me & then charged me 750.00 for each exam. I asked Chang what should be done about two cystes on my face in the third appointment. Her response was to go home and lance it myself. I asked if she would lance it for me and her resonse was, "oh, just do it yourself." Honest, the appointments were all 40 seconds! Redding deserves better. RUN!
