My daughter was in one of his tractors when it caught on fire (Literally flames coming out of the engine). Instead of being the “man” he claims to be and taking responsibility, he acts like it is no big deal,since no one was severely harmed (my father in law got burned trying to put the fire out) He waited weeks after the fire to even come get the tractor… and is now acting like a child and making mean Facebook post because he is actually being held accountable for his mistakes.

I bought a tractor from Fredricks. I called them on Sept. 8th needing them to pick up the tractor due to it catching fire. After 3 weeks worth of calls and no response I left a review on their facebook page about the service I received. The owner Tom Fredricks began bashing me on that post and then shared it on his personal page with the caption of me being a Karen. I paid $35,000 for said tractor and simply wanted it looked at. He doesn't care about his customers. I will share my comment and his response. I would have never done business with him had I known his character or the way he conducts

If I could give them less than one star I would give them a 1/4 star, only because they actually had tractors in stock for me to look at. The experience was sub par and resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. The Mahindra 1626 was the tractor package deal I was looking at, but due to no fault of my own Fredericks did not want to work with me to get me the package, and I was informed that they had done everything they could to get me financed. I made one phone call to a dealership 2.5 hours away and within 5 minutes I was approved for a much better financing option( 0% for 84months the special

Went to the Trace Adkins concert at Fredrick's with my daughter Saturday November 7th. We had the best time. All the staff and law enforcement officers were very helpful and friendly. The setup was very good. The area was very clean and neat and well laid out. And the T-shirt deal is absolutely awesome!!!! We definitely look forward to going back to another concert!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased premier access tickets for a special event held twice a year here at Fredricks Outdoor (starting at $50 rising to $100 nearer the day of show). General admission is provided free to anyone wearing a $20 Fredricks Tshirt, which is a great deal for a lifetime of free admission to their twice yearly musical concerts. This event was an outdoor performance by Alabama native Jamey Johnson. This concert event was held on Saturday night, April 28th, 2018. Had a wonderful experience with Fredricks Outdoors yesterday. While visiting from Minnesota to compete in the Bassmaster Open, our boat trailer started squeaking. Being so far from home this was a very big concern. We called and George said to bring it in. George was very helpful and all the mechanics immediately started inspecting the trailer. They quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it. Everyone there was so friendly and the place is beautiful. Started out as a great buying experience. Sale staff was great and very helpful with buying a boat from out of state. I received the boat with no problems. Once the boat was in the water it started taking on water into the engine compartment and the other dry storage compartments. After talking to Yamaha, I was told to contact the dealer, that was the biggest waste of my time. They offered zero help with getting the boat fixed. Once they get the check it's no longer their problem. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They sold me a lemon and they will do the same to you.
