I'd put 0 stars if I could. This place is so horrible. My ceiling caved in because of upstairs tenant on Memorial Day weekend. Took almost 2 months of refusing to pay them before they sent someone out to "fix" it. All the guy did was put a few screws and washers into the ceiling in a feeble attempt to hold them in place until they could get replacement tiles. As I type this, over 3 months from the "fix", they still haven't really fixed the issue. The ceiling is coming down worse now and no matter how many attempts I make to get them to come do something, they won't return my calls or address the

They're very evasive with maintaining their property. You'd be left hanging. I'd suggest you look elsewhere even if they're the last resort.
They lack communication. Edward scissorhands is a better communicator.

We have been renting from Hinch-Crowly Realty since May 2016 & thus far very pleased with unit price, location & property, Rob's response time, and clear communication. I believe in a non emergency situation a return call within 48 hours is more than acceptable & I do not believe we have ever waited more than 24 hrs. In an emergency, he has gotten back to us within 30minutes even taking our call at 2:00 a.m. Highly recomment renting from Hinch-Crowley Realty Associates, LLC
