Services
We provide all the necessary services from planning through construction. We manage all aspects of the project and handle everything from large home renovations and expansion to additions, historic restoration and more. We also work on an a la carte basis on projects such as window replacement, insulation and siding, outdoor spaces and more.
Restoring historic homes is an art in itself. You definitely want to work with a professional that's done this before-with the experience to assess structural issues and so much more. Bringing shore homes back to their former glory is our passion and an area we have great knowledge and experience. We feel strongly that retaining the heritage of shore architecture is important for us all.
I've almost lost count of how many houses we've renovated over the last 15 years, but Universal is the only people I've ever worked with whom I feel comfortable in referring to others.
