With occupied home staging we try to use as much of the homeowner's furniture and decor as we can. We may bring in a few pieces to update the space as necessary, these can be rented on a monthly basis. All Occupied Home Staging start with a Consultation where we spend up to 2 hrs with you looking at all aspects of the home, you get a full report and proposal for additional services and staging days as appropriate.
Only 10% of your buyers can visualize an empty home - Virtual Staging can provide an affordable alternative to conventional home staging by providing a computer generated graphic for your interior photographs to show your buyers the true potential of your home. Many Multiple Listing Services and showcasing sites, will not allow manipulated photographs, including virtual staging, on their system - always chek with your real estate agent first!.

Pam is awesome, and she really knows her stuff! First of all, her British accent makes everything amazing (obviously). More than that, though - she really knows about colors, textures, and overall design. She can make an empty room look like an oasis escape on a budget. So thankful for her services to my business.

THANK YOU!!!!! I can't say enough kind things about Pam and the Perfect Match Homes team. After the passing of my father, my mother was stuck selling her huge house filled with a lifetime of stuff. Pam was calm and professional, and really helped my mom to reorganize the house in a way that would help it sell (using things she already had!!!) and helped her find ways to offload things she no longer needed.
