This salon and med spa is perfect. The vibe when you walk in is friendly and fun environment . I went in for a color touch up and waxing. When I checked in the receptionist confirmed both appointments and greeted me like I was part of the Soluxe Family. I was seen on time for both appointments and had a great experience. My eyebrows look fantastic. I have sensitive skin and sometimes can be left a little red but here at the Soluxe I had little to no redness (will definitely go back) my color touch up was perfect too. I am so ready for the holidays coming up and will definitely be making my follow

This was my 2nd time having this service, the first time was amazing. However the 2nd time horrible to say the least. It was my husband’s birthday gift and I wanted him to have the awesome experience I did … We had the IV vitamin drip and the nurse (not sure she ever was) it was horrible she dug into me and my husband to find a vein. Oh gosh I had to tell her to stop rubbing the are as she kept moving the needle. She wasn’t even wearing gloves. So sad … my husband had to experience this.

It may look very nice and beautiful inside but overall very poor service. I booked an appointment at 2 PM didn’t go until at least three. Just because I came in After a work out doesn’t mean they have to treat me like I am not on their level meaning I came in in sweats and a t shirt. I waited patiently until they called me in and while I was waiting I see people talking about their day , how things are going just catching up and when I got to my seat they didn’t have any conversation. I was trying to make conversation with the lady cutting my hair but it seems like she didn’t wanna talk

Erin the hairstylist aka hair goddess is the only person that I trust with my hair. I have had many bad hair cuts in my life, and started to feel anxious with getting my hair done until I made an appointment with Erin. I have never had a bad haircut with her. She is also an excellent colorist. She’s passionate and knowledgeable about her work, and she eases my anxiety with her humor and knowledge.

I waited many many months to leave a review and I wanted to remove any immediate emotion from this review. I saw a stylist named Alysha. I asked Alysha to add some purple and red shades to my very dark hair. She bleached my hair for almost 5 hours and it became brittle and orange. This was the worst thing that has ever been done to my hair. I wore a hat to hide it for as long as possible and it became brittle and broke off - to make a very long story short, I went to a healthier hair salon - all of my hair that she damages was cut off- my hair is now to my ears but it’s healthy and soft again

I had a terrible experience at this place. Although the bad haircut day occurred a while back, it’s still haunts me and upsets me. I was scheduled to see Michelle and I ended up with a weird haircut. I called and was asked to come in so she could fix it. I go back and I wish I hadn’t. She made it worst!! What was even more terrible was the fact that the owner was there and did not come to the rescue. According to the owner Michelle is one of her “best” hairdresser! Wow! Pretty Foo Foo’s web page looks and sounds to good to be true. It’s too bad I had a bad experience. I was looking

I got my hair done here by Mallory aka Mal. It was a color correction and I walked out with my hair orange and brassy when it was supposed to be dyed brown. She gave me a "haircut" and only cut my long bottom layers and didnt even trim the rest of my hair and it was so uneven. When is advised how unhappy I was with the orange she wouldn't fix it. I complained to the manager here and got nowhere. Then I get text messages for the stylist herself being all confrontational. I have never had such a terrible experience and unprofessional people before.

When I have an appointment there it truly encompasses what an amazing salon experience should be- a time to feel pampered, and in my busy life to pause for a moment of self care!
