My shopping experience at Rug Gallery in Concord
Mills was a very pleasant, satisfying and unique experience.
Pleasant, because I came in not expecting to find the rug that I felt would specifically fit my needs. Lauren and Yaser approached and asked me to describe what I was looking for and what room; what kind of decor and colors I had in mind. They patiently searched and found a beautiful rug with the colors and pattern that I really liked. I was also surprised when they allowed me to take a runner sample of it home to see if it was a fit.
So the unique part is my beautiful rug was personally

The Rug Gallery is unbeatable! Not only do they have a ton of choices at very reasonable prices, but the customer service is seriously the best! We bought a home with a very open floor plan. Before we discovered The Rug Gallery, choosing rugs was impossible! We had “dueling rugs” and they just wouldn’t flow. Took pictures of our rooms to Yaser and he chose rugs I would never have put together. We bought 6 rugs and they look amazing! Thanks to Yaser and the team for helping make our house a home!
