Caroline is the BEST. She is so kind and her work is amazing. I've been going to her 10 years. She's so good that even though I moved to Fresno I travel for her!

Someone had suggested ERICA to me because I went to a salon downtown and they JACKED MY HAIR UP & I was searching for someone to save my hair I went to JCpennys Salon first and a girl with pink hair turned me AWAY! Got my hair dyed by Katrina and she was AMAZING! She literally gave me JUST the look I've been trying to get for years!! She was super friendly and personable! Already have referred friends and family to her! Also, the salon is super cute!

Saw this on groupon for $25 & wanted to try it out. I called the Salon & they gave me Monique's cell phone # since they're all technically self-employed. I texted Monique and didn't get a response until nearly a week later where she asked what kind of cut I wanted. I quickly responded and have not received a response yet. Still waiting.

While I've been waiting, I have cancelled my groupon & will look for another salon. What a shame. Really wanted to try this place out. Maybe next time.

The women here are always friendly. The salon is always clean, including the shampoo area and bathroom. Their products are always fully stocked and there's a large selection. The owners are very sweet and I'm so glad my stylist is at this salon!

Ask for Caroline! She does a beautiful job cutting my hair. Sweet, professional, and talented. Most people don't trim my bangs the way I like but Caroline does them exactly the way I want.
