When I started this business in 2012, I really didn't know where it was going to take me. I just knew that I enjoyed bookkeeping, I was good at it, and a lot of people needed a good bookkeeper. As it happens, more people than I could take care of on my own. So, I found a few other people who like this line of work.

We use QuickBooks Online and related apps to automate your bookkeeping, making it fast, accurate, and virtual. If you have questions about the program, we can meet with you in person or online.
Our service, aside from the actual bookkeeping, includes our expertise, advice, and support. You will feel like you have an ally on your accounting side, and that is the most valuable aspect of what we offer. You can email or call us with questions, you can count on us getting you the information you need when you need it, and we can help you through the thorniest of accounting questions.
Our business resisted switching over to Quickbooks Online, Tsheets and electronic bill paying for years. Our system wasn't broken, so we didn't see any need to fix it. Eventually, the volume of business increased to the point where doing everything manually was cutting into the productivity of the employees and business owners.
The only tricky thing about working with us is finding us! Once you've done that, you're golden. The Greenway building is at 8th and N, just a couple of blocks down from the Co-op. As you walk towards the front door of the building, stop just before you get to it and turn to your left. You'll see a path that leads you to the East Entrance, and that's the one you want.

I used to chafe at the idea of having someone else do my small payroll for me. We have an office of 4, and I had heard myths about exorbitant fees, poor service, etc. When I spoke with Katherine I found out that she has a mission to support people like us... the "little guys" who are the backbone of the economy especially here. Her fees are very reasonable and her check is one I am happy to write each month, and once you get used to NOT meeting payroll deadlines or keeping up on the latest rules and regulations you have more time to devote to your core mission.
