Services
Trust the expert technicians at True Comfort Mechanical, LLC with your heating or cooling repair, replacement, maintenance or new installation in Kent, Sussex, Wicomico & Worcester Counties. True Comfort Mechanical has been a household name in the Kent, Sussex, Wicomico & Worcester Counties for over 17 years.
You can get service when you need it because of our focus on service instead of the easier new construction. In order to make certain that we have technicians available to meet your service needs when you need them, True Comfort Mechanical, LLC focuses on repair services and replacing equipment that breaks down rather than spreading itself too thin and getting involved in new construction.
Study up - Find out about license and insurance requirements for contractors in your state. And before you call a contractor, know the model of your current system and its maintenance history. Also, make note of any uncomfortable rooms. This will help potential contractors better understand your heating needs.
Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.
Maintain your equipment to prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy once summer and winter come, so it's best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall.

I’ve had Joe install a new system and service existing systems. Joe shows up and offers quality work at a fair price. In a world where its hard to find someone to even show up for an appointment, he does that and delivers service in spades. Highly recommend!!!

I found this company while trying to get someone to fix my broken ac. Very quick on coming out after my ac stopped working. He was very nice and explained everything. So we would understand what was wrong with it. And how he was going to fix it. He also explained what thing we should or might need to be fix in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone asap. And wants great service and great prices.

Highly recommended!!! We had an old AC unit that was in need of replacing. We stayed local and got three estimates. True Comfort was the only company to pick up on an exsisting venting problem in the attic. We went from just the AC unit to a heat pump. They replaced the air handler, outside unit and fixed the venting problem. Joe and his team worked for two days during the recent heatwave when our attic was 120 plus degrees. They made sure the AC was running the first day before they left. Couldn’t have asked for better service, great job. Awesome work ethic, honest and trustworthy. That is very

Exceptional service with a very timely response. Joe, isolated the problem with my heating system and replaced the failed component . The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I did not feel taken advantage of. I would strongly recmmend them and will use them for any future issues with my heating and air system(s).

Joe is a one of a kind great guy. He has a excellent work ethic that is hard to come by these days. He put a new furnace in my existing house and another in my rental. Both were done with professionalism and with a smile.
Thanks Joe
