I approached Pat in sales a month ago asking for his advice on how to weld my jack & spare tire carrier to my round tube boat trailer. He recommended the parts to purchase and that they would offset both parts away from the boat trailer by welding on a short piece of pipe to the trailer first and then to the jack & tire carrier. Yesterday I met with Bob in sales who diagrammed the plan and recommended they cut off some superfluous metal from the clamp-on spare tire carrier I had bought, and today they called and I picked up the well done job, an even and consistent weld bead.
