Services
Mike was born into a family of great southern cooks. Cooking has always been a passion of his. He studied Tourism, Food and Lodging Administration at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Mike prefers to take the southern cooking style and convert into a healthier version whenever it is possible to do so.
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you of all the kudos I got on "our caterer". Everyone loved the food and the service but specifically, one of our guests are the prior owners of the Old Heidelberg in Helen. She said Kerri, the food was wonderful! If you were at the Ritz Carlton, the food would not have been better.
Here are some kind words that some of our happy customers have had to say about our service. Mike, the last of Bob's family left yesterday morning. I am back at work this morning. Needless to say, I'm exhausted and my head is still spinning. I thought our wedding was perfect! What a beautiful day!
