I ended up having a great experience with Crown Awards. I was able to order my team awards online with ease through their great online system. There was a printing issue with verbiage on one of the awards. I was very impressed with the resolution and that the replacement was resent and I had it the next day. I highly recommend Crown Awards. Horrible experience!!
We placed an order and after THEIR MISTAKE they overcharged me saying BY A FAILURE ON THE SYSTEM THEY DIDN’T CHARGE THE SALES TAXES.
I don’t imagine a Walmart Employee running over me on the parking lot because they ‘forgot’ the sales taxes…
I have emails saying that my total Balance was one amount and they got my credit card info over the phone and charged a different amount without notice!!
The amount is not so expensive, but a business have to honor their own mistakes.
I’m a business owner as well!!!

Placed an order for a trophy award. Paid for overnight. The site would not accept my credit card, so I called, person ran my card over the phone. Great! Never received an email with the proof. I started 4 different chats, all with different individuals that were going to make sure I got the proof, last chat involved me pretty angry and said they would have someone call me and get this resolved to ship out. NEVER received a call. NEVER received a proof. Only to find out they CANCELLED my order. And this company sends emails that they miss me, please come back, well I did come back after they screwed

The ordering process was easy - the process of picking trophy height, style, etc could not have been more simple. I had a few questions about shipping and clicked on the "chat" function on the side or the screen. Within 30 seconds I had somebody helping me out to make sure I got the trophies in time for my event a week and a half away. That was 2 days ago, and here I am with my trophies sitting on the table next

Absolutely appalled by their customer service. I placed an order for medals with engraving for a Fire Company 5K. As soon as I placed the order, I realized that I had a spelling mistake on one set of medals. I tried to cancel the order as soon as it was placed, but I couldn't find an option for that in my email confirmation. I've placed custom orders with similar companies and usually you get 30 minutes to cancel an order after it is placed. I called them right away to cancel my order and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was already sent to production. Literally TWO MINUTES

Aces volleyball team. I added and blocked out the players names but I’m happy with the medal 2 inches not too big not too small. I took a pic of it in my hand so y’all can see the size portion. The “engrave” option they have isn’t actually engraved to the medal they have it on a sticker where you attach it to the medal which I wasn’t expecting. But I guess it’s quicker that way! I needed my order before 11/2 and I was able to get it today 10/30
