My wife Just close on a property with MIP. She Had to offer more to be able to secure the property and move her turkey portfolio forward. As we were finalizing the closing of her property, we were surprised to see that the property appraised higher than the sale price thus we were able to piggy back all the additional cost into the mortgage.… Sweet!! Also, when reviewing the appraisal, I noticed from the pictures that there was some furniture inside the house. I asked Mark about it and he said the property will be Cash flowing from day 1. I have spent the last 3 years wholesaling residential vacant land all over the country. I was skeptical about the turnkey investment until I discovered Memphis Investment (MIP).
I rated MIP 5 out 5 because they excelled in all my 4 "P" criteria for an excellent business: Product, Price, Promotion and the People.
I bought my first property in May 2021 and i closed in August and I was very happy with the final product. The renovation looks fantastic for renting and all the inspector's fixes were addressed promptly.

I just closed on my 2nd property with MIP. They are the best of the best when it comes to a trusted partner in Turnkey REI.
