The ending of a marriage is not only the separation of two adults who no longer want to be married; it is a complete restructuring of all aspects of a family's life. It significantly affects each family member. When children are involved, no matter how well the adults may try to hide what is going on, children know.
Child support is money paid by one parent to the other to help care for and provide a home for the parties' children. Child support is set utilizing a state mandated guideline or through an agreement of the parties. The amount of child support paid is modifiable until the children reach the age of majority.
It used to be that if an attorney was hired they had to work the whole case from start to finish. This prevented a number of people, who had limited finances or needed limited assistance, from being able to have the help they needed. The law has now changed and attorneys can provide what is call limited scope representation.
The law provides when there has been violence in the home the victim can request a restraining order. A restraining order, if granted, can order a person to stay away, restrict contact, set custody and visitation orders, set support orders, order batter's treatment, allow recording of conversations and will order the relinquishment of all firearms.

Debra..OMG,where do I start..because of her I still have custody of my daughter..My babies daddy hired a lawyer and was coming at me hard from every angle,then someone recommended DEBRA....She immediately reassured me about my case ,she was very nice,she worked hard gathering evidence and faught like a bulldog in court,she was well prepared for anything they threw at us...she's a winner...DEBRA'S simply the best.....
