My Ac unit stopped working and after waiting 10 days on another AC company in Merced I reached out to Mr. Beverage. Not only did they beat the price of their competitors they replaced my condenser unit the same day I called them . Thank you so much I really appreciate the prompt service.

Never have I been more pleased with an AC service. Not only did they take time out of their schedule to come out and take a look at my AC (one of the hottest days of the year) but my unit was replaced super fast. Great service, fast response, work is top notch quality. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The experience we had was they did not communicate well, did not show up when promised, and after contacting them they said the technician was on the way. Another 45 minutes later still no tech, contacted them again and was told he want to another job. Very frustrating experience. We finally cancelled and went to another company.

They dont care about customer service, the must be very busy that they don't need business, called 3 days to get someone to service or give me a call back and still waiting.. they have no idea of what customer service is

Their is only one business that I have found that has services of this kind. I've rented out margarita machines, bought tank sprayers to refrigeration services and custom walk in coolers! The owner and his team have years of experience that you don't just find anywhere. As a business owner I recommend this company and the folks that work there 100 percent!

If you’re looking for good refrigeration services this is the company to go through. The owner gave me advice that no other company could. If you want a local family bussiness to do your work that has many years of experience, you don’t have to search further. They have helped me with purchases I couldn’t find anywhere else! Very cool and relax. One of a kind! They are very busy and that says it all.

Call yesterday said he would be here this afternoon. I texted him at 4:00 to see if he was going to make it. He asked for a pic of of making model and a picture of the fan which I sent him. I asked them how long it was going to take he said I could order it from Amazon and I asked him how much it was gonna cost never got an answer and then I asked him how do you know what the problem is without even coming out he said he doesn't know, and no time today. I then told him that if I known earlier I would've try to get someone else out here he says sorry get someone else. Very unprofessional

Bidded my job better than the next guy and even finished ahead of schedule!

He did a great job and repaired air conditioner timely and cost effectively.

The absolute worst service experience possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I ask for serviceing Ice Machine and Just wash the machine and Charge $300.00 No Technical Skill .Further to all to no avail. Their response…sorry we can't do anything about it. When I asked for the owner to call me back….they just call me we are Very Busy.
Take my advice and learn from mine …this company is a train wreck. Save yourself time and hassle and find someplace else to go.

Tom, Mr Beverage himself, is awesome, helpful, fair, punctual, overall on-point. He's also funny as hell. Laconic and blunt, pleasantly entertained by his own wit, seasoned experience, and his energized team.

My experience getting my cooler customized and installed couldn't have been smoother. His crew is completely professional. You get the sense from him right away that he's been doing this a long time and knows exactly what to do. No BS. The Yelp score is well deserved.

I needed some parts, they went out to Home Depot and got them, he went above and beyond in several ways

Mr Beverage is awesome! Very fast service, super knowledgable, and always helpful. I had some problems with a couple coolers I had installed, and they got them up and running again very quickly, I didn't lose any product or have any down time. Anytime I've ever called them, they've gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my problems solved.
