I Would not recommend this firm to anyone !! My case was dismissed because I lost my job.. 4 years later I'm being sued ! For legal fees when we could've settled this 4 years ago instead of waiting with no contact whatsoever up until now! Yea Sweeny really knows how to kick you when your down! Not to mention with a pandemic going on! Stay away from lawyers who mail you out the blue cause if your case gets dismissed he will wait for years then sue you!

Mr Sweeney is a consummate professional. He conducts himself in a manner that makes you as comfortable as possible in a difficult situation. This is no bankruptcy mill like many other offices are. He works to do what's best for you and has a very encouraging and compassionate way about him that swiftly puts you at ease. You never feel like an inconvenience to deal with when it comes to Mr Sweeney. You feel as if you're his only client and he follows through on everything he says.
