During his 13 years as parts and service manager for Femco inc., a large janitor supply in Mishawaka Indiana, Steve started doing floor jobs as a side business and by 1994 the client list had grown substantially. Steve and Tracy went full time at this point and haven't looked back. We have basic core values that others sometimes don't.
We have customers whose level of care requires a 6 or 12 week rotation, and some we only see once per year, for example industrial break rooms cleaned during shutdowns. But most customers are return customers. Our customer retention is higher than average for our industry because we value the long term relationship.
The following tips are for customers who have just had their floors completed by us and they are clean and shiny. You have just spent a considerable amount of money having them done, so you obviously care about how they look. I suggest spending just a little more time and effort to keep them looking good for as long as possible.
