We have a large selection of rental items available. From dishes and linens to full bar setups and large tents we are able to meet your party needs. Large or small, casual, formal, corporate, or a dream wedding, your special day will be made in the details we provide. We are constantly adding to our inventory, if you are looking for something specific please contact us.
Round Tables: These are great for seating as they help engage your guests in easy conversations. They also provide the most elbow room. Round tables do take up the most space (area), be sure there is enough room for guests to move around. Rectangle Banquets tables: These tables provide a beautiful cake and dessert table, a candy buffet display, delicious food buffet, showcase your gifts, and more!
We can help you calculate the correct amount of equipment needed to have successful event. The sooner you reserve equipment the better. Special orders need a minimum of 30 days to process. Your reservation is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit is received. Delivery and pickup are available.

On December 30th at 4pm I was attempting to pick up heaters for my OUTDOOR wedding on New Year’s Eve. The owners who I had spoken too, just two days prior told me to be there between 4pm and 5pm on Dec 30 to pick them up. She specifically told me her husband will be there. I showed up with truck and trailer to load up and no one was there and the business was closed. I attempted to call them multiple times with no answer. I looked on the door and it said the business hours were Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 5pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Thank god A PLANNED AFFAIR, who is just a few blocks away

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! It is BEAUTIFUL inside and they have many unique and classy items I couldn’t find elsewhere. The owner/staff went above and beyond to make our event happen. They honored our vision but also had some amazing ideas that added so much! I will certainly use this place in the future!

Rustic Charm is amazing! They made my wedding day add that extra charm and detail to what I needed! Really high quality linens and products and for such a great price! They were on time and Tammy was on hand via phone if I needed anything!

We loved the items Rustic Charm had to offer us! They all showed up on time and were packaged well. They were easy to get a hold of and answered many questions. What we weren’t happy about was the frustration of having to pay sales tax for everything (including tax for wear and tear of the items) which wouldn’t have been as frustrating if we would have been told up front about it. Not all rental companies charge sales tax so that bothered me. Also the company wasn’t originally willing to drop off our items early in the morning which led to a lot of stress trying to figure another option out
