My wife and I were having some problems importing on our own, and were down to the wire on time. In hindsight, we should have hired a broker from the start, but were past that point. We couldn't get solid answers from customs, so we reached out to a few brokers for help. John, the president and CEO of ACM returned our call, and walked us through the entire process, very much putting us at ease. I would definitely use ACM in the future, and would highly recommend them! Don't make the same mistake I made - there are a lot of agencies, forms, etc to deal with when importing.
