We contacted Mi Young to represent us as buyers for a property in the Mountain View and Sunnyvale area. We already did our own search earlier, so we actually gave her really short notice to get disclosures for us on 3 houses. We are surprised that within a couple of days, not only has she sent us the disclosures, she also went to see the houses herself and gave us a detailed report on the pros and cons of each house, and also an analysis of the area for evaluating the home value/prices.

Mi Young did a fantastic job in selling our property in Palo Alto. She was very professional, and her knowledge on what improvements we would have had to make to maximize selling value was spot on. She did a very good job in setting expectations on timing, process, and flow. Mi Young also made some predictions that we would get higher than asking price....I was a little skeptical. We sold a home in Palo Alto with Mi Young. My uncle lived in the house for a long time, but the home was not very well taken care of. It was an old home, almost a tear-down.
Mi Young and her team came in and did the following for us. She took care of everything seamlessly, I didn't need to do anything. What's crazy is that she paid for everything as well.

Quick backdrop: We were a young family of four competing with all the other young families in the Bay area looking to get into a home in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Mtn View. In this competitive sellers' market, we were getting no where after several months. After a huge disappointment on one declined offer, we called up Mi Young and decided to work exclusively with her.
