Some fun facts about me, my wife Suzanne and I are proud to call Norfolk our home. The United States Marine Corps brought me to Virginia in 1988 and Suzanne moved to Virginia in 1982 with her Navy parents. Married for thirty years, we have raised our children here and continue to be active and passionate members of the community.
We enjoy the Outer Banks, NC, international travel, baking, and spending time in the community supporting local businesses and attending community events. We are a family of highly skilled individuals working together to fulfill a community responsibility of giving outstanding service and also fulfilling our moral obligation of protecting what's important to customer's so they can focus on accomplishing their life goals.

Laura from State Farm is Awesome!!!
She was very informative about the products and services offered by State Farm. I was impressed with her customer service skills, she was down to earth, funny and took care of business all at the same time. She made State Farm look good. Also Laura never tried to sale me a product I didn't need only what was relevant to my circumstances. Now I couldn't purchase all that I needed at that time but I look forward to using some of the services offered by Laura at a later date.

Recently I was a victim of a house fire and lost everything. Thank GOD I had fire insurance through Statefarm to help me recover my personal belongings. Dennis Hurst and his team have been there for me every step of the way with any questions I have. I been with Statefarm since I was 19 years old when I brought my first car. And about 10 years ago… my agent talked me into getting renters insurance. Thank GOD I did. I never would have imagine I would need to use it 10 years later. If you don't have coverage dont wait give Dennis Hurst a call ASAP. Better safe than sorry💯.
