Outstanding customer service. I worked with Carli on a Vegas trip for a group of 20 people. Carli was able to provide a great deal of options to meet all of our needs. When we had questions she was quick to respond with accurate information. We felt like we got an amazing deal for all the services provided (party bus, VIP, table service). Usually never write reviews but...DO NOT BOOK THIS CLUB CRAWL TOUR! I've been on GOOD Club Crawls before and this is NOT one of them! Group of ten peeps who all agree. Getting in to the first clubs was fine but it's when we got on the bus was were it went downhill. Already 100 degrees outside but inside the bus was like 158 degrees! No working AC! Plus it was way overbooked. People had no place to sit. Told to get off bus an wait for another one. 30 mins later got on another bus arrived with 1 working headlight. AC kinda worked on this one. Drinks were nasty AF! Watched the hosts argue

There is no words to even explain how horrible this service was! First our hostess was LATE, then as we attempted to board our bus the was no working air conditioning not to mention it was still over 100 degrees, there were no lights on the bus, no music, watered down drinks using well brand alcohol and when the hostess gave them out the ice was melted and they were hot! Then the bus was over packed with people standing up! We had to get off the bus and stand in the heat for 30 min while the hostesses were arguing inside the shuttle bus. We had a party of 10 at that! Did this for my birthday! Had the best time ever! My host was Jessica, total babe and so nice! The clubs were dope, my favorite was Tao! My brother and I had an amazing experience with Elite VIP tours. Carli helped me book the trip before we even arrived in Las Vegas. She emailed me an itinerary of our evening and answered all of the questions I had. The day we arrived in Vegas she stayed in contact with me to ensure we met at the right spot to start the tour. We met up with our group and had an amazing time our host Vicky ensured that we were completely taken care of the entire time. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Vegas later this year. I already recommended them to some friends going there this week. Amazing

My experience was horrible. We only went to 1 club and the bus didn't even take us there. We were already at the location that the club was. They tried to fix it by sending the "manager" to present the 1 club and the bottles we paid for but even that was unacceptable. Her breath smelled like she'd just woken up and she had cat fur all over her. It was ridiculous. They did drop us off at our location but the rest of the experience was a mess. I will NEVER recommend this service to anyone! Alex was great. He did all he could but this was not ok. We paid entirely too much for this

We did the privet tour Saturday night, March 11th and had the best night ever!
Our hosts were amazing! We had Carli and Alex who took very good care of us all night. I received a text from Carli the day of to clarify our reservation and where we wanted to go. She recommended we start the night off, after we met up, at the Foundation room because the weather had been great and we would be able to get some awesome photos with the amazing view of the strip! I told her we are down to do what ever she recommends! She laid it all out for us and the tour was one for the books.

We did Elite VIP Tours for my husband's home coming from the army, he had the best night ever. The clubs are so much fun, the hosts made sure we had a blast. Chris was our host and he was amazing! I would definitely recommend, especially for servicemen and women they give an amazing military discount! This was the perfect gift for my soldier's homecoming!

This is based on our Club Crawl reservation we had this past Saturday. Firstly, we had trouble getting our booking confirmed and only after texting them several times did we get a response.
Then we get to the meeting place and there is no host. We contact elite and I am provided the number of our host and ask me to call her to find out if she is coming (why me as a customers supposed to call our missing host). We call and she indicates she is off for the night. The group then became very concerned.
We finally got a host, which was not at all an experience host. She asked for the gratuity in advance

Bought vouchers through groupon in February 2015 had a ton of fun, six people in my group and a really nice couple on the bus. I did drink to much cheap vodka on our tour and they didn't let me into the last club, but the host did warn me. I woke up with the worst hang over ever, and didn't remember much, but I looked like I had fun in my pictures. Definitely going through them again. Maybe I'll ask them if I can byob next time cause f cheap vodka and f paying $20 a drink at the club. love that they take you to the Las Vegas sign

So I went here in 2014 and had a great time! Went back to find the place in 2016 and realized that their reviews on Yelp were sparse and not very positive. Had to check out TripAdvisor for more reviews to make sure it was the right place since there's many "VIP Tours" in Vegas. I don't think it's fair to judge a place by one bad review. I had a much different experience with this tour, so I felt obligated to leave a good review. Here's my review from July 4th weekend 2014. Better late than never.
